We are pleased to show you the Musical Guilty Pleasures that have been selected by D&B producer/DJ Skantia this week. He has just dropped a nifty little EP titled Unorthodox for Program, which can be found here.
1.) Justin Timberlake – “Cry Me A River”
On top of the fact that it's super catchy, some of the drums are made by Beatbox – which gives the tune that funky edge, sick production.
2) 6ix 9ine & Nicki Minaj – “Fefe”
The lyrics are garbage, but it just works so well.
3) Basshunter – “Now You’re Gone”
I mean c’mon, its just a tune.
4) MC Ace – “Padded Up Inside A Cell”
Used to be the favourite of mine in the middle school days, more of an all time great for me than a guilty pleasure. Would still definitely turn a few heads if I was playing on a busy street.
5) Maroon 5 – “She Will Be Loved”
Not really a guilty pleasure, but another great I used to rinse back in the day as a youngen, I mean I’m only 22 now but still.
