What's going on dance music fans? We hope you had an amazing holiday week and are set for an incredible 2019! We haven't stopped here bringing you new music and have settled on our newest Artist of the Week! We are proud to announce up and coming production duo WizG to the stage!

WizG is an American DJ/production duo formed in 2017 by Josh Wizan and Kostas Garcia. Having performed all over LA at renowned nightclubs such as The Roxy and Avalon, WizG has taken the LA nightlife scene by storm. Having released six singles amounting to over 1,000,000 streams and counting, their up-tempo and energetic original tracks has allowed them to open up for big name artists such as Dada Life, Matoma, and Lost Kings. Josh and Kostas’ goal is to release music that allows listeners to dance, get lost in the temporary world they create and feel a sense of euphoria.

Their newest record, Back to You, that can be heard below, has received accolades from all around the dance music community. It has been described as a gleaming tower of joy through the true WizG production style and is completely versatile that can reach listeners on both a top-40 countdown radio special or inside a club this winter! This production style is sure to carry the duo through the ranks of the dance music community.

We were lucky enough to sit down with the duo to get a bit of insight into their creative process.

“Our creative process always starts with a melody, It’s the foundation of any track for us. It may come to us in 5 minutes, or we may be in the studio for hours and not come up with anything we vibe with. But once we have created a melody we both like, we then work very well bouncing ideas off of each for how we think the track should sound. Once the initial version is complete, we then look for singers/songwriters to collaborate with.”

During this sit-down WizG also wanted to discuss their big plans for 2019:

“In 2019 our goal is to continue to grow as artists and musicians. Back To You is a different sound of ours compared to previous releases, and moving forward we plan on combining Future Pop with Progressive House to hopefully grow our fan base even more. Our goal is to release a song a month and perform bigger and more prominent venues eventually landing us at festivals”.
