New Music Friday: Axwell /\ Ingrosso, Marshmello, Migos, Kaskade
Happy Friday, y’all — that means it’s officially New Music Friday, and we’ve got another packed batch of dance releases to help carry you into the weekend. Every week dance music drops an absurd amount of new material, and it’s easy for great tracks to get buried in the shuffle. That’s exactly why we started rounding up the week’s biggest new EDM drops into our official New EDM This Week playlist, so you don’t have to go digging for them yourself.
As part of our weekly New EDM This Week playlist, we’ve scoured the internet for all of the new releases in dance music and this week we have more than 220 new EDM songs at more than 14 hours of new music. That’s a genuinely massive amount of material to sort through, and this week’s batch is no exception when it comes to variety.

Following the release of Middle Child’s massive single “YOU” last week and Porter Robinson’s Virtual Self EP, Axwell / Ingrosso finally released “Dreamer,” while Migos and Marshmello released “Danger,” their team-up featured on the soundtrack to Netflix’s “Bright.” Be sure to also listen to Kaskade’s remix of Kygo’s “Stargazing,” R3HAB and Krewella’s “Ain’t That Why,” and Robin Schulz’s remix of CamelPhat and Elderbrook’s “Cola.”
That’s a solid lineup to close out the week with, whether you’re looking for a festival-ready anthem, a chill remix for the drive home, or something to just throw on in the background while you get things done. It’s the kind of Friday drop that has something for pretty much every corner of the dance music world, from big room to future bass to hip-hop crossovers.
Save the playlist, hit shuffle, and let us know which of this week’s drops is stuck in your head going into the weekend. And if you’re the type who likes to stay ahead of the curve, bookmark this series — we update it every single Friday with whatever’s fresh, so you’ll never be the last one to hear the song everyone’s talking about at the next show.
