Sychosis' edit of ‘Falling', originally produced by Rudimental, is an awesome homage to such a talented live act. The song begins with a live percussion intro that exhibits break-beat drum and bass patterns with a 90's style house kick. The vocals are sampled perfectly throughout the entire record making the repeating acapella stabs extremely powerful and relevant as the compliment the deep introductory kick. This culminates into a deep-house style drop that is accompanied by deep chord synths and new wave patterns that Oliver Heldens would drool over. The shuffle worthy drop is downlifted into a calming breakdown with haunting vocals that chill the listener out in preparation for the secondary break-beat, deep house fill. This song meshes together two styles of music flawlessy as the vocals are integrated seemingly with ease. An awesome fall release by Sychosis.
