Robert Sillerman’s SFX Compensation Doubles to $30 Million in 2013

SFX Entertainment was founded back in 2012 and for the past 2 years have been buying up some of the US and Europe's biggest promoters in EDM. This includes events like Tomorrowland, Electric Zoo and Disco Donnie Presents.

The CEO of SFX Entertainment, Robert Sillerman, saw his total compensation double to over $30 million in the 2013 year thanks to an increase in a variety of option and stock awards.

Robert Sillerman's salary was just $1 in 2013, but he received new stock awards with a value of $9.9 million and option awards valued at $20.4 million, his total compensaton for 2013 was $30.3 million. In 2012, Robert Sillerman's compensation was $15.1 million.

SFX President Tim Crowhurst, who joined the company last June, was paid a pro-rata salary of $175,000 along with $5.5 million in option awards for a total compensation of $5.7 million. Chief Operating Officer Joseph Rascoff, who also joined last June was paid a total compensation of $5.2 million,” said Billboard.
