Have you ever listened to a song so chill you get a small out-of-body experience while listening to it? That perfectly describes what I felt when I first came across this track this morning. While shifting through my usual playlists and channels I noticed a new remix from Cosmo's Midnight — Cosmo & Paat were the artists whom I wrote my first-ever article on edmsauce about when they released their EP “Surge” (I was so in love with their track “Phantasm which you should check out by the way), so I'm very familiar with their music. Needless to say, the twins from down under still got it.
If I could sum up CM's music in one word, it would be: ethereal. The quality, the sound, and most importantly the FEEL of the music just possesses this celestial quality only inherent to Cosmo's Midnight — It's their thing. CM's remix of Snakadaktal's “Ghost” is another amazingly chill track to add to their ambient legacy. This track is best listened to when unwinding from an insane day — whether it be from work, school, whatever. I can't even describe how insanely great it feels to be just lying in bed with this playing. Stop what you're doing and go try it. Right now.
