From Lost Lands to EDC’s Two-Weekend Vegas: Your 2026-2027 Festival Calendar

Festival season doesn’t end when summer does — it just changes coordinates. If you’re planning your next year of raving, here’s every major EDM festival with confirmed dates from now through 2027, in chronological order. Bookmark it, screenshot it, build your budget around it. We’ll keep covering each one individually as lineups drop.

Right Now: Late August 2026

Creamfields UK closes out the British summer August 27-30 at Daresbury, and Burning Man runs August 30 through September 7 in Black Rock City. If you’re reading this from a packed car heading to either: godspeed.

Fall 2026

ARC Music Festival — September 4-7, Union Park, Chicago. The house-and-techno heavyweight expands to four days for the first time.

Lost Lands — September 18-20, Legend Valley, Ohio. Excision’s bass mecca, nearly sold out; we broke down the daily lineups here.

Portola — September 26-27, Pier 80, San Francisco. Dog Blood (Skrillex x Boys Noize), Swedish House Mafia and Robyn headline what might be fall’s best-booked festival.

EXIT presents Starlight — October 8-11, the Great Pyramids of Giza, Egypt. EXIT’s nomadic era gets biblical, with Adriatique, Charlotte de Witte and Michael Bibi confirmed so far.

EDC Colombia — October 10-11, Medellín. Insomniac’s first-ever Colombian edition, with 80+ artists announced.

III Points — October 16-17, Mana Wynwood, Miami. Charlotte de Witte, Flying Lotus and Honey Dijon lead a typically genre-agnostic bill.

The Magic of Tomorrowland — October 17-18, Hero Dome, Shanghai. Tomorrowland’s China edition expands to two days, with Tiësto, Axwell, Alison Wonderland and an ARTBAT b2b R3HAB leading the bill; full lineup here.

Amsterdam Dance Event — October 21-25, Amsterdam. The industry’s biggest gathering turns 30 this year with more than 1,500 artists already confirmed — Eric Prydz, Paul Kalkbrenner, Ben Klock and Maceo Plex lead the second-wave announcement — and the legendary Gashouder returns from renovation with a stacked pre-opening week.

Escape Halloween — October 30-31, NOS Events Center, San Bernardino. 80+ acts for SoCal’s spookiest weekend, opposite Freaky Deaky in Austin the same nights with ILLENIUM, SLANDER and Disco Lines.

EDC Orlando — November 6-8, Tinker Field. The 15th edition, headlined by Martin Garrix, Alesso and Hardwell.

FuturFestival Mexico — November 13-14, Parque Fundidora, Monterrey. Turin’s techno institution makes its Mexican debut with 56 artists; full lineup breakdown here. The same weekend, Creamfields Chile brings Calvin Harris, FISHER and Hardwell to Santiago, November 14-15, and Seismic Dance Event 9.0 holds it down for Texas, November 13-15 at The Concourse Project in Austin, with Above & Beyond, a Porter Robinson DJ set, Sara Landry and Chris Liebing leading a stacked club-scale bill; phase two additions here.

Dreamstate SoCal — November 20-21, Long Beach. Trance’s flagship hits its 11th edition, with Paul van Dyk debuting his new Essence of Acid live show, opposite Ember Shores (ILLENIUM’s all-inclusive Riviera Maya getaway, November 20-22) and Time Warp editions in both New York and Mexico City that same weekend, with Time Warp LA following November 27-28. Also that weekend: Zamna Sharm El Sheikh — November 20-22, Khoroum Valley, Egypt, with Marco Carola, CamelPhat, Gordo, Sasha and John Digweed leading the desert takeover.

Cyclops Cove — December 4-6, Sunset Cove Amphitheater, Boca Raton. Subtronics’ lakeside bass campout with Seven Lions, RL Grime and PEEKABOO.

Tomorrowland Thailand — December 11-13, Wisdom Valley, Pattaya. The first full-scale Tomorrowland in Asia: six stages, 50,000 a day. A genuinely historic booking.

Countdown NYE — December 31 into January 1, NOS Events Center. Back at NOS and expanded to two nights for the first time since 2023. The same nights down the coast, PROPER NYE/NYD returns to San Diego’s Petco Park December 31-January 1 with Lane 8, Sara Landry, Green Velvet and Cloonee leading phase one; full lineup and on-sale dates here.

2027: The Confirmed Board

EDC Mexico — February 19-21, Mexico City. A State of Trance — February 26-27, Rotterdam Ahoy, newly confirmed with two nights and tickets on sale in early September 2026; full details here. Tomorrowland Winter — March 20-27, Alpe d’Huez, France. Then Miami Music Week takes over: Winter Music Conference March 24-26 and Ultra Miami March 26-28 at Bayfront Park, with Beyond Wonderland SoCal running the same March 26-27 weekend out west.

Coachella — April 9-11 and 16-18, Indio. Tickets already went on sale back in May. Tomorrowland Brasil — April 30-May 2, São Paulo.

EDC Las Vegas — the big one. For 2027, EDC goes to TWO consecutive weekends for the first time ever: “Dusk” May 14-16 and “Dawn” May 21-23, with a 12-day festival concept connecting them across Las Vegas. Lower capacity each weekend, your choice of one or both. This is the biggest format change in the festival’s history.

Lightning in a Bottle — May 26-30, Buena Vista Lake, California, rolling straight into Movement in Detroit May 29-31. June brings Beyond Wonderland Midwest (June 10-13, now four days with camping at Chicagoland Speedway) and Beyond Wonderland at The Gorge (June 26-27). July delivers Awakenings in the Netherlands and Ultra Europe in Split, both July 9-11.

The Watchlist (Expected, Dates TBA)

Keep eyes on: Tomorrowland Belgium and a teased first-ever Tomorrowland Las Vegas (part of a six-country 2027 banner), Electric Forest, Creamfields UK, Lollapalooza, HARD Summer, and Lost Lands 2027. Three cautionary notes: Bonnaroo officially canceled its 2027 edition, taking a fallow year so The Farm can recover from back-to-back years of storm damage; Electric Zoo remains dormant amid its parent company’s bankruptcy; and Defected Croatia ended its run with this summer’s tenth-anniversary edition — Defected has promised a new destination event for 2027, location unknown.

That’s the map. Start requesting the PTO now — 2027 is not going to be a cheap year.
