Tomorrowland Maps Out Massive 2027 With Thailand Debut This December
Tomorrowland Thailand debuts December 11-13 in Pattaya — the first full-scale Tomorrowland in Asia — kicking off a 2027 expansion spanning six countries including a teased Las Vegas event.

Tomorrowland is about to have the busiest stretch in its history, and it starts this December with something fans have requested for over a decade: a full-scale edition in Asia. Tomorrowland Thailand lands December 11-13, 2026 at Wisdom Valley in Pattaya — and it's just the opening move in a 2027 plan spanning six countries.

The Thailand numbers are legitimately huge: a 560-acre site, six stages including the flagship Mainstage, CORE and FREEDOM designs, and a projected capacity of more than 50,000 attendees per day. “Hosting Tomorrowland in Thailand marks an important milestone in our ambition to position the country as a leader in global tourism and creative experiences,” the Tourism Authority of Thailand's governor said of the partnership. Tickets went on sale worldwide back in March, with hotel packages moving even earlier.
A moment of appreciation for how long this took: nearly a decade ago, we published a story headlined “Tomorrowland is NOT Coming to Thailand” after rumors of an Asian edition fell apart in 2016. Ten years later, it's real. Patience pays off, apparently — even in dance music.
And Thailand is only one piece. Tomorrowland has teased a 2027 slate “uniting the world” across six countries: Belgium (the mothership, dates still unannounced), France (Tomorrowland Winter at Alpe d'Huez, March 20-27), Brasil (April 30-May 2 in São Paulo), Thailand, Ibiza — and, most intriguingly, a first-ever Tomorrowland Las Vegas. Details on the Vegas event are nonexistent so far, but the tease alone puts every major promoter in America on notice: the world's most famous festival brand is finally coming for US soil directly.
The expansion tracks with everything else happening at the top of the festival food chain — EDC just announced a two-weekend 2027 format of its own — but Tomorrowland's version is geographic rather than temporal. Same fairy-tale production, more time zones.
If you've had “see the Mainstage in person” on your list but Belgium always felt impossible to book, this is the era where the Mainstage starts coming to you. December in Pattaya is the first test of whether the magic travels at full scale. Every indication — and every sold-out satellite edition before it — says it will. Full date rundown for everything announced lives in our 2026-2027 festival calendar.
