Program has just revealed a new EP from UK producer Need For Mirrors. The D&B label has just released the four-track Royal Blood, which is his second EP outing with them.
Highly skilled at moving between raw rollers and more melodic beats, Need For Mirrors has produced four distinctive tunes within the collection. The opener says a lot about his technically astute style, and it moves with sharp precision throughout. “Midnight At Morley's” again rolls through with laced melodic undertones, whilst “Keep Going” introduces some lighter touches of piano. The final track, “Dummy,” is probably our favourite with a spirited bassline and a grungier vibe to its predecessor.
