Hey dance music fans! Thanks for tuning into yet another amazing EDMsauce.com Artist of the Week Series! Today we are featuring an incredible collection of artists known as “The Delta Mode” who have teamed up on an amazing new track titled, Nostalgic Flow.
The Delta Mode joined forces with red-hot singer, RADD, for this brand new collaboration that is sure to blow your mind after a single listening session. Nostalgic Flow is a fresh, high-energy track that melds Disco House with trap percussion patterned drops, along with an incredibly housey feel that really gives the song an original touch. This track basically sounds like if DJ Snake, Daft Punk, and Donna Summer had a musical love child.
The Delta Mode are known for pushing musical boundaries by effortlessly blending various genres into one, as we've heard with Nostalgic Flow. Their talent is creating a funky fusion of trap, house, pop, hip-hop and a ton more.
We got a chance to sit down with The Delta Mode to get a bit more insight into their creative process. Head Vocalist / Producer / Songwriter, Danny Bernath says:
“I wish music creators would dare to think outside the box. You don't have to come up with a brand NEW wub-wub nobodies ever heard, but creating interesting concepts and staying authentic to yourself is whats most important. Most of the music out there, to me, sounds uninspired, hollow and cold, copying trend after trend. I always want to create something different”
After getting a ton of insight into their creative process, we really got an understanding of where the original song writing comes from within The Delta Mode:
“Its all about concepts. some people start songs by browsing presets – but thats the opposite of what i do. i need an emotional earthquake to get going, a movie quote, another track, or even if someone says something interesting to me. I start writing it in my head. from there, its hard work getting it all out and onto a computer. its like falling in love. You can't force it, but you know it when it's there.”
This unique creative flow that we're so fortunate to understand here at EDMsauce.com, is about to pave a way in 2018 for The Delta Mode to take on the scene by storm:
“2018 has been incredibly busy working on huge collabs to hit later this year. We have a ton of new material coming out, club bangers, and sing alongs like ‘nostalgic flow'. we like to encompass everything from edm to hip-hop to rock to pop. With the addition of radd to our team, we have the ability to perform songs more like we did back in our metal days – more singing, more instruments, and more everything. Get ready!”
