I remember many years ago at the first Mysteryland USA (RIP) I had the opportunity to interview Oliver Heldens. At the time I had actually never heard of him. I listened to his tracks prior to the interview and immediately knew this guy was special. I could have never guessed that the teenager sitting before me that hot afternoon on Memorial Day weekend would become the industry powerhouse that he is today.

One of the largest issues I had with Oliver Heldens over the years was that I thought his signature future house sound would eventually burn out. There are only so many ways to implement it before it becomes stale. Well I am happy to say that I had no idea what I was talking about. Case on point – ‘Ibiza 77′. This song is downright incredible.
Oliver Heldens has taken his signature sound and created a gorgeous high energy production that is both original and catchy.
