This has been a busy new music Friday for sure. Our weekly playlist is almost at 200 tracks. That being said, if you are going to listen to just one song today, make it this one. Hotel Garuda is a production duo consisting of Candle Weather and Manilla Killa. These guys seem to just keep getting better with each subsequent release. The guys got their starts with critically acclaimed remixes and recently have been pumping out originals that are changing the way we listen to and judge music.
‘Till It Burns Out' is an orchestral, future styled three minute aural case study of what producers should be aspiring to create. The originality of the production, gorgeous vocals by Violet Skies and all over intoxicating bass will leave you with your head in the clouds. The guys of Hotel Garuda had a lot to live up to after their last originals, ‘Smoke Signals' and ‘Fixed On You'. Once again they have proven to be light years ahead of the competition.
