Trivecta has put out Shatterpoint, a dark track that displays trance qualities as well as dubstep. The talent displayed in the production of this song is on the level of Seven Lions, Illenium, Said the Sky amongst other masters of melodic dubstep. Shatterpoint starts off with a slow trance build that ascends continuously building until a staggering drum fill sets up the drop perfectly. The drop is chill-inducing, with powerful synths that tumble through hard hitting drums. The track settles in with a gut-rattling bass and an Asian influenced synth that has a woodblock sound giving Shatterpoint a more cultural feel.
Trivecta has really made a name for himself by releasing over a half-dozen singles on Monstercat, among other labels, gaining well over 1 million plays via these singles with each containing its own strong, well-branded vibe and picture-painting soundscape to match. Trivecta plans to continue to grow the fantasy world he’s built over the years, offering deeper experiences that will extend on the groundwork that has already been laid. Shatterpoint should greatly assist in achieving this goal.
