Said The Sky remixes The Chainsmokers song All We Know

Nowadays, there’s so much music out there that it’s difficult to really listen to all the music being offered. That’s the thing isn’t it; we shouldn’t have to just listen to music anymore. As humans, we want something more, we want music to do something other than just provide us 3 to 5 minutes of “something” to listen to. What are we to do? How can we escape this cycle of endless loops of sounds? My hope for us was literally rejuvenated minutes ago when I caught wind of Said The Sky’s new remix of The Chainsmokers’ hit single “All We Know.”

Said The Sky offers more than just listening, he offers an experience. He urges you to follow him on a journey through a blend of melodies that make you feel like you are soaring through the sky and basslines that are capable of striking your deepest emotions. Luckily, Said The Sky wants to evoke the good vibes that bring out your happy emotions. Said The Sky knew immediately after listening to the song that he “could have some fun doing my own thing with it.” It isn’t too often that we get offered a journey, an experience, that can guide us to soar and stay above the clouds as we see our troubles stay beneath us.

From Free Remixes to Original Albums

This remix arrived during the phase of Said The Sky’s career built largely on reworking other artists’ tracks and building an audience through free downloads, a common path for melodic bass producers in the mid-2010s. In the years since, he moved decisively into original material, releasing full-length albums including “Sentiment” and “Nurture,” both of which leaned into the same emotionally driven, melody-forward sound that made remixes like this one connect with fans. That progression from remix culture to album artist mirrors the trajectory of many of his melodic bass peers.

A Melodic Bass Signature Built Early

Even on a remix like this one, the core of Said The Sky’s appeal is already audible: soaring synth work paired with basslines that carry real emotional weight rather than just serving as a drop. That combination became his calling card throughout his catalog, and tracks like this “All We Know” remix are a useful reminder of how consistent his sonic identity has remained even as his career expanded from free SoundCloud uploads to headlining tours and full album cycles.
