During an interview with Zane Lowe on beats 1 Radio, Calvin Harris opened up about how he started to branch out into playing instruments and singing vocals on his own tracks due to a discussion with Pharrell.
With his success as a DJ and producer, Calvin Harris mentioned on the show an idea that he had for a new documentary where he would cover the “height” of his DJ career which apparently is between 2011 and 2014. Harris said that he wants to make a documentary about the EDM scene during those years of his career, but does not want to release this documentary for at least two more decades.
“I want everyone to be old and I want nobody to care anymore about telling the truth or not,” he says.
