When The Chainsmokers released their new track featuring Halsey back on July 29th, The Chainsmokers knew they had a hit on their hands.
The song is dedicated to anyone that has hooked up with their ex after breaking up with them. The “Closer” helps remind you all of the reasons that you had originally broke up with them in the first place.
After just a few days since its release, The Chainsmokers have ascended to the #1 on the US iTunes sales chart.
