Deep house producers and genre fanatics have been making the cross over into the newly toted modern sound of tropical house music. This new tone, made famous by Kygo and Thomas Jack, has taken main stages by storm, replacing big-room heaters, with progressive, more melodic tunes, using organic instruments to produce an island resort sound (if that makes sense). Mauritz Palmer, a young producer from Belgium, has taken the necessary steps to create a fulfilling remix of Magic Wand's, ‘Sunset'. Palmer uses these deep/tropical house influences and implements a bit of his originality into this remix and absolutely nails it. The track features superbly harmonized breakdowns, casual risers, and a drop that exhibits production quality at its finest. Palmer really put a lot of work into this remix and his talent shines through with the blazing power of 1,000 suns (terrible pun looping the track name in with Palmer's talent).
