Last year, Doppler Labs partnered with Goldenvoice at Coachella to supply 100,000 festival attendees with their latest technology (at the time) in hearing protection.
This year, Doppler Labs will return to Coachella to debut their new project. The hearing technology is unlike anything you have ever seen before, connecting to your smartphone via Bluetooth to allow you to alter real-time sounds — “Here Active Listening” by Doppler Labs.
With “Here Active Listening” by Doppler Labs, the possibilities are endless, whether the wearer wants to lower the volume to protect their hearing or add/remove effects like reverb, flange and echo. The unreal technology even includes a filter that makes everything filtered in sound like a vinyl record.
