If you've checked out the Futuristic Polar Bear's Facebook page lately you may have noticed a short 15 second video clip of a guy dancing, wearing a suit, and horsehead mask. It's a quick preview but the perfect way to tease the fans to get them excited for the trio's next release called, ‘Night Vision', which is set to be released September 14th on Armada Music.
Well, today is your lucky day because EDM Sauce has the premiere of the official music video for ‘Night Vision' from the Futuristic Polar Bears and it's just awesome. Along with this hilarious Music Video, I was able to ask them several questions about the video, what motivates them, and what we can expect from them for the rest of 2015. How did the idea come about for the music video?
“The idea came to us when we were in the studio talking about what your average man-horse does all day. Obviously when he wakes up, he would get ready in the mirror to make sure he looks awesome enough to dance in his garden with his favourite jacket on, before heading to the office to show off his new dance moves! Finally after work, he gets himself straight to the club to go crazy till the earlier hours with some naughty ladies – perfectly normal behaviour for a man-horse in his prime, no?”
Talk a little bit about ‘Night Vision', What was the process like on the track?
“It came quite easily actually, we were working on a few ideas that we wanted to destroy any festival or club with when it’s dropped, so we needed a huge break and powerful leads on the drop. When we finished the first version we played it at a few shows then ended up adding some extra high sounds to the leads to give it a bite and it was ready to go into the world and make people go CRAZY!!”
How do you guys stay motivated and inspired?
“We listen to new music and we watch video feeds from crazy festivals and think “let’s make a track that would make everyone in that festival go mental”

What can we expect from you guys for the rest of 2015?
“We have loads of new tracks on the way on Revealed, Armada and Afrojack’s Label ‘Wall’. We have been flat-out in the studio and feel we have been really making some of our best tracks yet. Also, we have a massive collab with Dimitri Vangelis and Wyman that will be coming very soon, and finally we are working on a follow up to Velocity with Henry Fong right now too. We are all very excited about the next few months!”
