Former Swedish House Mafia member Steve Angello recently caught up with IMS Engage at the Asia-Pacific session to talk about Swedish House Mafia, the current state of EDM and touring.
In a chat with Pete Tong, Steve Angello discusses how the American, European and Asia-Pacific markets differentiate.
Steve Angello talked about Swedish House Mafia by stating “the thing with Swedish House Mafia never something that we built for profit. We always came in with the sense of giving something back to the fans. We wanted to come in and make the best show possible because we already had careers as solo artists, so when we came together it was more like a playground where we could test and push the boundaries and take bigger risks, financial risks as well.”
