For the past 2 weekends, Coachella has seen quite the list of surprise guests, everyone from Justin Bieber to Jay Z to Gwen Stefani. Last night, Arcade Fire decided to bring out the long rumored event of a Daft Punk appearance at Coachella. Although it wasn't really them.
Here you'll see that they look like Daft Punk, sound like Daft Punk but don't do anything like Daft Punk during the playing of “Get Lucky.” In fact the size differentials of the two “Daft Punk” members do not quite match up to actual size of the Daft Punk crew.
Was this another jab at EDM by Arcade Fire? Just recently they were caught saying “Shout-out to all the bands still playing actual instruments at this festival” during Coachella weekend 1.
