James Egbert has been the barometer for excellent music. Over the last few years I have found that his dedication to his craft has made him one of the most consistent artists around today. I don’t mean consistent as in that James just pumps out songs but rather he is constantly putting out great ones. With the release of Can’t Stay Here featuring Taylr Renee James has just proven my point.
Can’t Stay Here is a monster track put out by Egbert. The track starts out with a high energy kick drum that subsides to a more ambient sound that is augmented by the alluring voice of Taylr Renee. Can’t Stay Here builds up only to be set free with another display of pure Complextro, or complex electro house, that I have come to know and love from James Egbert.
You know how there is no such thing a bad peach cobbler, but some are better than others. That’s how I feel about Electro. James puts his own signature flavors into his music making his beats just a little sweeter and the end result is something I would wait in a line all day just for a taste.
