While Miami's South Beach has been known for the late night club life and incredible party scene, Miami's governor might be looking to change that due to the record number of coronavirus cases.
According to recent tweets and the “South Beach Reimagined” proposal, Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber states that it has “become too difficult and costly to police and inconsistent with our brand.” He went on to say “it's too special of a place to be so badly underperforming.”
