King Arthur Launches Label Under Don Diablo’s Hexagon
Coming off a 2019 that included 20+ million streams, shows all over Europe and the United States, and releases on Hexagon, STMPD, Big Beat, Musical Freedom, Spinnin, and Interscope, King Arthur is making 2020 even bigger by launching his own label, Bring the Kingdom. King Arthur was the first artist other than Don Diablo to release music on Don’s now-iconic Hexagon, so it’s only appropriate that King Arthur is the first artist to launch a label under Hexagon. Talking recently about Bring the Kingdom, Don Diablo gave it his firm stamp of approval, “Be prepared, this is going to be super dope!”
The debut single is called “Let Me Go” and is a collaboration with Kevin Aleksander, featuring the stunning, powerful vocals of Joshua Luke Smith. The house track has King Arthur’s signature soulful/groovy sound, and is guaranteed to be supported by some of the biggest DJs in the world.

It’s a smart move launching a personal imprint under the Hexagon umbrella rather than going fully independent right away. Don Diablo has spent years turning Hexagon into one of the more respected boutique house and future-house labels out there, and King Arthur has effectively had a front-row seat to that whole build since being the label’s very first outside signing. Getting the chance to run his own imprint within that ecosystem gives him the creative freedom to sign and champion new artists while still benefiting from the reach and credibility Hexagon has already established.
That relationship with Don Diablo clearly runs deep, too. Having one of the biggest names in melodic house and future house publicly co-sign your new venture — “Be prepared, this is going to be super dope!” — is the kind of endorsement that carries real weight with fans and other DJs alike, and it says a lot about how much trust King Arthur has built within the Hexagon camp over the years.
“Let Me Go” set the tone well for what Bring the Kingdom was going for: emotive, vocal-driven house music built for both the festival mainstage and headphone listening. Pairing up with Kevin Aleksander for the production and bringing in Joshua Luke Smith’s vocals gave the label’s first release real staying power rather than just being a flash-in-the-pan launch single, and it laid the groundwork for King Arthur to keep building out his roster and sound under the Bring the Kingdom banner in the years since.
