Nestled in the in the beautiful town of Loveland, Colorado at the Sunrise Ranch is a little festival called Arise. Here people have gathered for the last 7 years to celebrate life, lift each other up, connect with their inner self and soothe their souls to a wide array of world class musicians. Not only this, but in the true spirit of what it means to take care of this planet, Arise has doubled down on their leave-no-trace ethos and will be doing its part again this year to curb waste and leave the grounds as they were found on the sunrise of the first day.
In addition, a big element of the festival is the emphasis placed on yoga and similar activities. Throughout the weekend there will be a variety of events taking place at the Yoga Sanctuary which has been perfectly placed atop a hill overlooking the festival. Here attendees can stretch, relax and unwind before another night of dancing and fun.
But where would we be without the music? Bringing in some of the most talented acts in Jam, funkadelic, experimental and EDM, Arise brings name such as Tipper, Railroad Earth, Leftover Salmon, Beats Antique and Clozee, among others to liven up the party. Not only this but many of the artists will be participating in different activities including 2 group panel discussions. This sense of participation is a hallmark of the festival and no doubt what has propelled it to such success.
