This Unreleased Track Stood Out As A Showstopper Of Zedd’s Ultra 2019 Main Stage Set: LISTEN

In recent years, Zedd has demonstrated he has his finger on the pulse of both dance and popular music. After wracking up Grammy nominations, chart-topping hits, and so much more, it is still a ton of fun to see Zedd really let things rip in an entirely EDM friendly environment.
Zedd’s Grammy pedigree isn’t just hype either. “Clarity” won Best Dance Recording at the 56th Grammy Awards back in 2014, and he’s been a mainstay of that conversation ever since, between his own singles and outside production work for some of pop’s biggest names. That range is exactly why a full-tilt, big-room Ultra set from him hits different than it might coming from a producer who only makes club tracks.

Zedd’s Ultra 2019 Main Stage set has already been hallowed by fans, peers and critics alike. One of the most exciting moments in his mix is at the 23:40 mark. At this point, Zedd transitions into a true showstopper of a tune, which is yet to be identified by even the team over at 1001 Tracklists.
This particular Ultra was also a bit of a one-off in its own right. The festival relocated for 2019 to Virginia Key after years at its longtime home of Bayfront Park, giving the whole weekend a different backdrop and energy, with Zedd’s mainstage set landing on March 30th as one of the moments fans kept coming back to afterward.
We cannot even say for sure that this is a Zedd original. All we know for sure is that it is absolutely awesome. Take a listen to this massive ID below.
As of this writing, that 23:40 mark is still an unsolved mystery. Nobody, including the crate-diggers over at 1001 Tracklists, has managed to pin an official ID on it. That’s honestly part of the fun of festival sets like this one: sometimes the best song of the whole weekend is the one nobody can actually name, and mixes like this recap are usually the only way most of us will ever get to hear it again outside of the festival grounds themselves.
