Majurakk Releases ‘Millennial’ With Alexis Donn

Following his remix of Austin Powell's “Lover,” Majurakk is back with his first original single of 2019 titled “Millennial” featuring the vocals of Alexis Donn.

For the release, Majurakk explained that the “instrumental and the lyrics created a sarcastic anthem.” Majurakk went onto say that the song talks about just having fun and not worrying about all of the problems in life.

Majurakk's “Millennial” Lyrics:
[VERSE 1]
You know he had the nerve to tell me
He wants to keep it down low like a subway
So I tell him I’m a G6 baby
Now I guess that’s that for me

It’s just how these things go
They beg then they don’t know
Maybe we’re just too millennial
That’s what they like to blame it on so

We’re slaves to the bright lights
Where we all want to hide
Devils advocates at their finest
Up all night acting defiant

Am I the only one who see this?
Hands tied with social feelings
How to act, how to be, how to think
What to drink, yeah I’ll take two please

[CHORUS]
You’re the only one that knows I
Don’t have much of an appetite
For small talk, let’s be flies on walls
Be each other’s Instagram trolls, oh

Post pretty pics for the masses
Want it now but never have it
Wipe the dust off your rose colored Glasses
Pour out your leftover flask and

[DROP]
Dance til the night is young
Like that makes sense
Dance as if it’s that easy to pretend
Am I the only one who see this?
Dance til the night is young
Like that makes sense
Dance as if it’s that easy to pretend
Am I the only one who see this?

[VERSE 2]
Can I get a spotlight on this
Something to light up the sitch
Anxiety taking over
99 problems we can’t fix

Guess it’s just how this goes
We beg then we don’t know
Maybe we’re just too millennial
That’s what I’m gonna blame it on so

We’re slaves to the bright lights
Where we all want to hide
Devils advocates at their finest
Up all night acting defiant

Am I the only one who see this?
Hands tied with social feelings
How to act, how to be, how to think
What to drink, yeah I’ll take three please

[CHORUS]
You’re the only one that knows I
Don’t have much of an appetite
For small talk let’s be flies on walls
Be each other’s Instagram trolls, oh
