Mumbai, India based trio Cryosis make their come back with the release of ‘Poison,’ on New York City based dance label Spotted Records.
Comprised of producers Siddhant Mishra and Sangeet Patnaik, with vocalist Aakanksha Hejmadi, the three met through mutual friends in college. They then went on to release their debut EP “Emotions,” wich layed down the foundation for their dance pop sound.
It's Aakanksha's emotive vocals paired with Siddhant and Sangeet's guitar build up towards electronic submersion, that makes for an epic listening journey.
Aakanksha shares: “My initial inspiration for Poison was simple – nobody is without error, but acknowledgement and acceptance are essential for the world we live in today. We're not perfect, and we're okay with it.”
