Hardwell recently revealed that he would be stepping back from touring for the future. With the original announcement, Hardwell said that he'll be performing his final gig at an all ages show at ADE on October 18th.
“Being Hardwell 24/7 leaves too little energy, love, creativity and attention for my life as a normal person to do so,” Hardwell wrote in a statement. “This is why I have decided to clear my schedule indefinitely to be completely liberated from targets, interviews, deadlines, release dates, etc.”
Hardwell then revealed that he wanted to come back stronger than ever, but “for now, I'm just going to be me for awhile.” While this tough to hear as a Hardwell fan, be sure to tune in and watch Hardwell and the Metropole Orkest’s Symphony: The Global Revolution of Dance on Thursday, October 18th at 20:00 pm CEST at the Ziggo Dome Amsterdam.
