What's going on dance music fans! We know you love when we bring you the best in new music from the freshest, youngest, new to the scene artists. As you know we've been running our Artist of the Week series for about 2 years now and we have come across some incredible artists along the way. We're going to continue that trend now!
Please welcome 20 year old, Loren Fleisher, otherwise known as his artist name blaxlee. He's a brand new artist to the scene that has been dropping fire hits, bass records, and heavy hitting festival level tracks. We got a chance to sit down with blaxlee and he had a ton to say about his newest EP, his background, and where he envisions his future:
“Being my debut ep this marks the start of the blaxlee trend. the title of the ep is ‘type 2' which consists of four tracks and can be found on all platforms. i plan on releasing singles either monthly or bimonthly.”
After getting rolling during this process, we wanted to take a deep dive into his creative mind and discussed his creative process with him:
“Well, when I'm not at my music institute, icon collective working on music for school, i'm usually writing tracks for myself and make it a goal of mine to create quality content every week and to write something new every day. this is the biggest factor in my creative process and pushes me to be CONSISTENTLY creating and producing”
This obviously motivated artist is showing some incredible promise with his newest EP that can be found on his Soundcloud, see below, and really brings the heat with some really incredible bass and trap sound designs. The EP is heavy, it's aggressive, and it's just what we need to drive us into the Fall months with open arms.
