We haven’t seen much of Pretty Lights in the past few years, but today the Colorado-based producer hit us with some exciting news. He just announced his return to Red Rocks Amphitheater to celebrate his 10th annual show there.

For two nights on August 10-11, Derek Vincent Smith and The Pretty Lights Live band will take the stage for what is to be a soulful, energetic display of creativity and raw passion.

“This will be the best year yet, as we continue to gain more and more understanding about what is possible when this many people come organized in love and music,” Smith said in an official statement.

He adds that the Red Rocks shows will “be the only shows of the summer, possibly all year.”

We’ve seen the rumors circulating of a possible album drop this year— and with an announcement like this its certainly plausible.

Fan loyalty tickets will be available starting April 18 at 10 a.m. EST by signing up for the Pretty Lights mailing listTickets will be sold to the public starting on Friday, April 20 at 10 a.m.
