Paradiso Reveals 2018 Lineup Featuring deadmau5, Virtual Self, & More
Paradiso Festival is just a few months away, and fans are eager to flock to The Gorge Amphitheater for the annual event. Put on by USC Events, Paradiso has become one of the most anticipated festivals of the year.
The full lineup was released today and it is impressively stacked. The festival is set to take place over two days on June 15-16. With an incredibly diverse group of artists, festival goers will be able to experience everything from heavy bass music to trance to house beats.
Paradiso first launched back in 2012, marketed as the biggest EDM event ever staged in the Pacific Northwest, and it’s kept that reputation ever since. The Gorge Amphitheater is the real star of the show here, that Columbia River gorge backdrop is one of the most stunning settings in the country for a festival, and it’s a huge part of why fans make the trip out to George, Washington every summer. Between the multiple stages, camping options, and carnival attractions scattered around the grounds, Paradiso has built itself into one of the Pacific Northwest’s must-attend weekends on the festival calendar.

Some notable names include Virtual Self, Claude Vonstroke, Rezz, Captain Hook, Pendulum and Louis the Child . Tchami and Malaa will also bring their epic ‘No Redemtion’ set to The Gorge for the first time. As announced already, the headliners are DJ Snake, deadmau5 and Armin Van Buuren.
There’s something for basically every kind of dance music fan on this bill. Virtual Self is Porter Robinson’s more experimental trance-leaning project and it’s one of the most talked-about acts in the scene right now, so seeing it on a festival lineup is a real treat. Rezz has become one of bass music’s most distinct voices with her hypnotic, mid-tempo sound, and Pendulum’s return brings a heavy dose of drum and bass energy that a lot of Paradiso regulars have been waiting years for. On top of that, deadmau5 and Armin van Buuren headlining together covers both ends of the spectrum, from progressive house royalty to two decades of trance dominance, while DJ Snake rounds it out with some of the biggest crossover hits in dance music.
