David Guetta Announces New Single With The Vocalist Who Helped Him Achieve His Biggest Hit

David Guetta has had the most successful careers in all of dance music. While the French artist has seen numerous chart topping hits, no song was bigger than his single with Sia, ‘Titanium’. The tune exploded as it was picked up by radio stations all over the nation, and was featured in movies such as the first Pitch Perfect. The track was one of the first EDM songs to truly crossover into the pop centered main stream world.

Now David Guetta has announced a new single with Sia called ‘Flames’. Will the track once again top the charts and match the success of ‘Titanium’? There is no doubt that it will be near impossible. How ‘Flames’ Fit Into Guetta’s Bigger Picture

‘Flames’ did in fact drop right around when this rumor suggested, and it turned into another piece of Guetta and Sia’s long running creative partnership, which by that point already stretched back years through hits like ‘Titanium’ and ‘Bang My Head’. The track ended up folded into Guetta’s 2018 album ‘7’, a genuinely stacked project that also pulled in names like Nicki Minaj, Justin Bieber, and Lil Uzi Vert, showing just how wide Guetta’s pop reach had become by that point in his career.

It’s wild to think that ‘Titanium’ is still the song most casual fans point to when they think of Guetta and Sia together, but ‘Flames’ proved the chemistry between the two of them wasn’t a one-time thing.
