When Deadmau5 was recently listening to a remix of his 2009 song “Strobe,” Deadmau5 declared that the bassline on the track was “technically impossible” to play. The YouTuber named David504 took this as a challenge to prove him wrong.
The video starts out with Deadmau5 say “That’s some serious bass … I know it wasn’t played. … I would love to hear someone try to fucking shred that live. That would be insane. Some of the way you program that bass is technically impossible.”
David504 then shows a clip and showed his 1.2 million subscribers that it is indeed possible.
Deadmau5 responds and shows his lack of knowledge on this bassline.
