Laidback Luke Expresses His Thoughts on Dj Mag’s Top 100

This year's Dj Mag Top 100 had plenty of DJs expressing their opinions on the unfairness of the new DJ ranks. Recently, Laidback Luke took to Twitter to express his opinion on the unrealistic chart.

Earlier in July, Laidback Luke created a vlog where he shared his opinion about the popular rank system. He stated that DJs depend on marketing and advertising to gain a higher rank on the popular list. A few days ago, Laidback Luke tweeted that the reason he was not on the list this year was due to his comments from the vlog. He promised that when the time comes again to vote for the Top 100, he will be creating another vlog.

Laidback Luke calls out contributors from the popular magizine in his tweets. These contributors were club editor Ben Hindle, global editor Carl Loben, and Digital & Ibiza editor Charlotte Cijffers. He shares screenshots of emails from these particular editors and claims that they began to insult him, basically stating that he wasn't capable of making it on the list in the first place.

What do you think about the situation? Is Dj Mag unfair as Laidback Luke says it is? Leave us your comments below.
