Microsoft introduced their first console in a series of one-of-a-kind Xbox One S systems which are specifically designed for certain celebrities and brands. The console which was revealed yesterday for The Chainsmokers comes complete with custom lights, autographed controllers and much more.
According to Microsoft, the Xbox team needed to use a thumbnail sized USB-microprocessor on this Xbox since it converts sound into an “every-changing and dynamic light show.”
“We were really pumped to work with Xbox on this project and help bring our music to life in a new way,” said The Chainsmokers. “By combining it with the best gaming console in the world… We knew the team would do something amazing, but when we saw the custom Xbox One S for the first time, we were both blown away by how cool the design is.”
