While some artists collect sneakers and Kid Robot toys, deadmau5 has been known to collect $100,000 supercars. In the past, deadmau5 has shared pictures of his custom Jeep, the Purracan, his famous Purrari, the Ford GT, the BAC Mono, the McLaren 650s Spider, and now his brand new McLaren 720s that costs right around the $288,000 price range.
In the picture below, deadmau5 stands next to the white 720s with the caption “Mine!” It seems as if the picture was taken at the McLaren headquarters. He also got the opportunity to drive an orange 720s and stated that its “quite a step up from the 650s.”
The McLaren 720s is the new twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 supercar from McLaren. It produces 710 hp and 568 lb-ft of torque. The 720s is known to reach speeds of 212 mph and go from 0 to 60 in just 2.8 seconds.
