At long last, summer has graced New York City with it's presence. Rooftops are opening, DIY venues are worming their way into alley's, and the best part of all, an incredible amount of boat parties are lined up to get clubbers out and about in the sublime weather. As the title suggests, the wonderful people over at Fiction are contributing to the latter as they have curated a string of cruises this summer that is sure to not disappoint.
Their first, casting off Saturday June 17th, is being led into the sunset by none other than Berliner and house music aficionado, Sandrino. Whom you may recognize as one half of the duo Frankey & Sandrino that have been having an absolute stellar last few years. With releases on Innervisions, Mule Musiq, and Kompakt, as well as running their own label Sum Over Histories, Sandrino is no stranger to quality music and crafting the most elegant of auditory journeys. As always, New York City plays host to a ton of shows week in, and week out but I highly suggest you break out your boat shoes and take a trip over to Pier 83 for an evening of amazing music, people, and a stellar New York City skyline.
