IIIZ, are from Palm Desert, California, the birthplace of the mega festival Coachella. The band has been playing together for 4 years. Most of the bands songs are written by lead singer Ison Van Winkle who writes all parts and then works with his band members to fine tune the sound outside of the computer where they were created.
The up and coming Alternative/EDM band IIIZ, who have not only created their own unique sound, but have unexpectedly created a new genre of music. This new innovative band is not afraid to take risks with their sound and music, charting new territory in both alternative music and edm music. The band recently recorded with Sen Dog of Cypress Hill and will begin playing live concerts around the USA and Canada in Early 2016. Their album was produced by Ronnie King (2pac, Pennywise), Ditch (rap artist worked with; Shock G, Jurassic 5, and others), and Alvin Taylor (Fleetwood Mac, Little Richard).
The bands live show includes stage lasers, co2 cannons and heavy fog bringing to life lighting in a 3 dimensional way. IIIZ are definitely born for the future of music adding a heavy electronic sound to alternative songs that at times even delve into EDM music. IIIZ are a must see band live onstage. The band signed in May 2015 to label Hood And Associates and will be releasing their debut full length album in early 2016.
