Disclosure Reveals More Details About Upcoming Album, Sam Smith Collab

Brothers Guy and Lawrence Howard of Disclosure fame have been carefully preparing to unveil their new album called “Caracal” over the past year or so. It's due out on September 25th of this year with just two tour dates lined up in that time period: the L.A. Sports Arena on September 29th and Madison Square Garden on October 24th.

You can pre-order “Caracal” here on iTunes. There are 15 tracks listed on the album with only 2 tracks listed – one being “Holding On” featuring Greg Porter – which you can purchase and download now. The track was previewed and released just a few weeks ago. The second track was given a little more life via social media this week as the duo announced on their Instagram this week that their new single with Sam Smith will be called “Omen,” and it will also feature another familiar collaborator in English singer/producer Jimmy Napes. The album name “Caracal” was taken for Howard's love for the caracal, a wild cat.

This is the follow-up effort with the electronic band and Sam Smith, who is well known for their mega hit, “Latch.” We'll have to wait and see if the hype is just as explosive as their first releases. Check out the post with some new album art below.
