Just the other day Mixcloud introduced the brand new SoundCloud Import feature. While the feature is still labeled as Beta, it is pretty easy to use. Once you authorize Mixcloud to access your SoundCloud account, you're able to checkmark any of the mixes you want to bring over to Mixcloud.
