The crossover has happened. About a year ago in March 2014, a fan asked Tom Morello on Twitter what current heavy bands he was listening to. In his response below, the former Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave guitarist gave a big nod to the electronic dance scene.

To say that Bassnectar is a fan of Morello would be like saying ice is a fan of water. The videos below show times when he's played the famous Rage Against the Machine song “Killing in the Name Of” during his sets. Former band member Zack de la Rocha might be needed to complete a full Rage Against the Machine tribute collaboration. But in any case, this is an exciting meeting of minds.
