The Juno Awards are an annual Canadian ceremony acknowledging some of the best musical artists of the year. The nominees are currently chosen by either members of the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences or by a panel of experts depending on the award.
This year, The Juno Awards have nominated Deadmau5 for Artist Of The Year and is up against Bryan Adams, Leonard Cohen, Sarah McLachlan and The Weeknd. In addition to Artist Of The Year, Deadmau5 has been nominated for Electronic Album of the Year and is up against Caribou, Lydia Ainsworth, Plastikman and Ryan Hemsworth.
