A lot of huge names in EDM blow up the charts in their home countries before we here in the US ever hear of them. MORTEN Breum is a Danish producer, now residing in LA, who has been topping the charts in Denmark for years now. Have you ever had a song that when you hear it for the first time you have to look at your phone or iPod and say who the heck is this? Well, for me that was Morten. The first time I heard Liquids and I literally broke out in dance on the sidewalk. Morten‘s complex studdering bass work and beautiful synths will have you salivating like Pavlolv's dogs.
After hearing Liquids I immediatly went to Morton's soundcloud where I heard Wreck. Again I found myself standing on the streets of New Jersey with my eyes closed dancing in the summer sun. Wreck is another bouncy song, that I will guarantee you will be hearing this summer. Morten's rolling bass on provides the background for some supurb lead synths, that had my fingers playing the air piano.
Finally, the thrid of Morten's latest (FREE DOWNLOAD) releases, is Ballet Only. After cutting my chin on the street when this drop hit I realized I need to pay much more attention to what this tattoo‘d artist is doing.
