17-year-old producer Martin Garrix has made it to Billboard's 21 Under 21 list for 2013 not very long after he joined the industry as a performer. His first hit single ‘Animals' was released in June and has been a huge success ever since then. In an age group full of pop stars it's nice to see dance music represented on Billboard's list.
It's extremely impressive to se someone so young make a big name for himself in such a short amount of time. If Martin keeps it up at the pace he is going, he will surely make an even bigger name for himself. Martin says that he was inspired to become a producer after seeing Tiësto at the 2004 Summer Olympics, it only took him nine years to make his dream come true. So keep a serious look out for more from Martin in the near future, because it looks like this won't be the only time that he'll be recognized for his talent.
