Newcomer, Slushii, has quickly climbed the ranks of EDM to cultivate a niche in the scene for himself. Building an immense fanbase, Slushii truly made a name for himself in 2016, and it appears he is riding that wave into 2017. After releasing a remix together, Slushii and Marshmello have teamed up once again to release “Twinbow” their original mix.
“Twinbow” incorporates aspects of both artists unique sounds. Opening up with a plucking melody punctured with drum beats, the song creates a whimsical aura. “Twinbow” is layered with synths, high-pitched vocals, and future bass drops. The song is nothing too heavy or overly unique, but it is injected with a certain emotion that makes it stand out amongst other recent releases.
