I love how this song starts off. The simple yet ambient intro with the dripping faucet sound that plays into the surrounding instrumental is incredibly appealing to me, and as the song goes on it only gets better. The layers of various sound design and instruments really take this record by DUX to the next level. Jonah McLean may not be a house hold name as of yet but if he keeps creating music as innovating and toe-tapping as “CTL” give him a couple more years and he’ll be the next big thing.
