Deadmau5 didn't just piss off Armin van Buuren and A State of Trance fans across the world this morning, but he also managed to get a reaction from Binary Finary.
At one point even Armin van Buuren responded to Joel's comments stating “why don't you come and play #ASOT700 and show us what “trance” is? Or backing out again?”
During Joel's rant on Twitter, he also happened to call out Binary Finary by stating “Trance died in the late 90's unfortunately. Thanks a lot binary finary. :(”
Binary Finary didn't take this lightly as they said “according to a über cool producer / sync button DJ we killed Trance in the late 90s. To us that's a really ignorant comment considering that the genre is bigger now than it has ever been.”
Due to Deadmau5's statments, Binary Finary said that they will be creating a new trance preset… called Dickhau5.
@StoneyRoads wouldnt really call that trance. Trance died in the late 90's unfortunately. Thanks a lot binary finary. 🙁 RIP platypus rec.

Anyhow that is enough said from us. Will let the music lovers worldwide decide on what they like, don't like with our tunes. #TranceFamily
