The mighty Swedish House Mafia has just signed with Columbia Records. The powerhouse label is home to the likes of Calvin Harris, Diplo and Daft Punk and will allow the trio to pick up where they left off from, following a five year break.
Having reunited at last year's Ultra Music Festival, they have been picking up pace with their achievements. Rumour has it that Republic Records (Universal Music) were in a bidding war with Columbia before losing out to the music giants.
With plenty of new music apparently on the horizon, this new signing is likely to signal a fresh chapter for the supergroup. Watch this space!
