There isn't any other way to say it – anything Don Diablo touches turns to gold. When news first broke that the future house pioneer would be remixing Panic! At The Disco, my inner-middle school self got a touch nervous. That is some hallowed, angsty ground to try and update with a remix. Clearly, my objections were unfounded, because Don Diablo has flipped this track into some outstanding.
Don keeps the upbeat, vocal-heavy vibe of the original and breathes new life into this classic with an infectious, sun-soaked breakdown. This song is the kind of music that will immediately make you smile. It is beyond obvious that this one is going to be racking up the spins as we get closer and closer to Miami Music Week.
